Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble the equipment if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Affix the provided return label to the box; for large cardio equipment, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to schedule a convenient curbside pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
